Privacy policy
This policy explains what East Coast Printworks collects when you visit our Store, place an order or contact us, and what we do with it. Last updated October 19, 2026.
What we collect. When you order, we receive your name, email address, shipping address and the items you bought. If you write to us, share an idea or sign up for our emails, we keep your name, email address and what you sent. We never see or store your payment card details.
How we use it. Only to make and deliver your order, keep you updated about it, answer your messages, send the emails you asked for, and keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
Who we share it with. Each service gets only what it needs to do its part: our payment processor, Stripe, to take payment; our print and shipping partners to make and deliver your order; and the companies that host our website and send our emails. If you buy from us through a marketplace such as Etsy, the marketplace also handles your order under its own privacy policy. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Cookies. We use only the cookies the Store needs to work, such as the one that remembers your cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Emails. We only send marketing emails if you sign up and confirm your address, and every one includes a link to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages, ideas and email sign-ups are kept until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days, though we may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
To make a request, email us at info@eastcoastprintworks.com.
Children. Our Store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
